Hi Again ~ It’s Me!

I haven’t been here in ages. Hubby and I were given keys by our son to use his ski chalet in Vermont as a getaway from it all. So we left early last Thursday morning and returned late in the afternoon today. It was pure bliss there, but we are glad to be home. I thank you for your calls and messages. I’m just exhausted right now and wanted to let you all know that I didn’t forget you.

I can't blame you from wanting a vacation. We are so connected it's important to disconnect once in a while. Recharge our emotional batteries as it were.

Thanks! We took a 2 hour walk on that trail. Both ways! It didn't seem to end. I tried to myLot on my phone in Vermont, but gave up after one response. Pain in my neck myLotting on phones.

@much2say and . I want to ski next time we go up. I have to look for hand and foot warmers and of course, a beautiful new ski outfit! I will only stick to the beginner slopes, too..

Thank you! Today was a day of laundry - the one problem after being away. Hubby and I were so grateful that we can use his place. It was so peaceful and beautiful there even though it was darn cold!!!
