I'm Baaaack!!!

Hello mylotters!! I've been MFM (missing from mylot) because I returned back to work for Game and Parks. There was concern of the covid at first and the lakes here in Nebraska were going to be closed for the season and of course they didn't want people in the water, you could only be in the water was if you were in boats fishing. People were all riled up about that as we had been cooped up in our houses for months!! So, a bunch of people got together and got a petition going around on social media to have the commissioner open the lakes and he did!! So, I didn't start until May 18 and I helped mowing, besides doing thorough cleaning of all the facilities. I had an extra campground site to clean as the camp host had suffered a stroke in the winter and wasn't able to do the cleaning in that area. The year before I only worked a month before being laid off and there were no holidays, but this year I got broke into them all!! The first month or two, I was wondering if I wanted to work there any more or not!! But as I continued to work and regular people would come they knew that I was cleaning!! Throughout the season I got a lot of compliments on how clean the facilities were and that the porta potties didn't smell!!! So, now I have until April to write here and catch up on all of you here on mylot!! Hope all is well and that every one had a fabulous summer!! ~Peace~
