I Slept Early Last Night

I am trying to read discussions and make comment but the internet speed was close to none. I wasnt sleep so I decided to play 285hz Solfeggio music. It's benefit is in healing tissues, wounds etc. I became really, really sleepy I can barely turn off my laptop and turn off the light. I was able to sleep quickly. As a result , I was able to wake up early today. The internet speed is better.I'm glad.

@yoalldudes Yes, I am always up early on weekdays. I need to cook breakfast and prepare packed lunch for hubby

@rakski In our house, my hubby is the designated cook because he cooks delicious meals. I cook from time to time as well.

I slept early because I need to wake up really early for work. Like 4.30 am in the morning. Tomorrow is weekend so it's a different story. Still, I can't be up too late as I have things to do tomorrow.

@yoalldudes No, it's actually Japan-Malaysia company. I need to cook and travel, that's why I wake up really early.

Oh yes. Take care of yourself. Sleep is very important.
