We can't stop things from happening, and we can't change people but we can prevent and control it by being mindful of our responses- the way we talk and we act. I had this "encounter" with my manager today, she's way older than me but acts immaturely, she had this reputation in the company of being "THE Boss" because she acts more strictly than the actual owner of the company. She's been so mean and sarcastic every time she communicates with someone with a lower rank/position in the company and I'm not exempted from it. But praise God for the teaching from the Pastors in our church that continually reminded me of the sentence above. P.S. Don't repay evil for evil (Just kill them with kindness)

My job makes me have plenty of haters at work. Mainly because I have to make sure everyone abide by the company's rule. Any mistake, I'll write a complain towards their superior. You can say that I am a discipline teacher if we were at school. So there's always sarcastic remarks towards me whenever I am in the area. Since they don't pay my salary, I would ignore them most of the time. If they went overboard, I would ask them directly what they meant by that. But mostly, I don't deal with such childish attitude.

I get what you are trying to say. For me if i cant be nice to that evil, i will avoid her/ him. My sister in law is pure evil (loves playing victim), she said alot of bad things about my family to our neighbor. At the first i want to confront her, but in the end i just keep silent and avoid her. If my neighbors smart enough, they know the truth. But if they are stupid, just let them be.
