Mylot notifications going to my junk box

No matter what I do all the mail notifications I get from mylot are going to my junk folder. I use a hotmail id. Everyday I have to check every mail and mark it safe so that the mail goes into my inbox. Its getting irritating now. And I just don't know how to solve this,

All you need to do is to:
1) Add the email address used to send them (sorry, I can't remember which one we use off the top of my head!) to your Contacts list.
2) Optionally, set up a filter to send all mail from that address to a folder called 'myLot' or 'Notifications' or whatever you like. This avoids cluttering up your Inbox and makes it less likely that you will delete them by mistake.
How you actually do these two things will depend on your email client. Search the Help facility in whatever email client you are using to discover how.

@GoAskAlice thank you so much for your response. I tried adding the email address to my contact list but that did not work. Have now filtered the emails and hope I get all mails in my folder now. Thanks for the suggestion.
