@CarolDM I don't think I'll ever be able to learn that. When I was younger, I may have had self-confidence, but over time it got weaker. Whenever I wanted to do something, my mother always told me that I couldn't do it, that it wasn't for me ... When they were last year, I realized that I had become insecure, scared ...

NO, I do not have self-confidence, not at all and I often I am not persistent. I try to stick on a schedule, at least I do what has to be done.

Before i was not very self-confident and persistent but after that I started reading some self help books and youtube videos.it helped me a lot in building my self-confidence. I think you should try it.best wishes

That helped you? Really? A few years ago I tried to read some books and it affects my thinking, but only until the moment I read, but the moment I close the book, I feel like it has nothing to do with real life.

I didn't have as much self-confidence when I was younger as I do know. I think the older you get the more confidence you get.

I have both confidence and persistence in my life. When I was younger, I lacked self-confidence, but sometime over the years I learned to have a lot of confidence in myself.

I stick to a schedule, so it helps me with lots of things. My confidence level fluctuates. It's normal for that to happen.
