Leaves Continue to Fall

Enjoyed spending time in my backyard the past few days. The weather has been nice. And the leaves are still falling from my poplar trees.
Snapped a few photos to share. A few clouds are rolling in, maybe rain later and then cool weather again. Sounds like a good plan.
Looking forward to the cool crisp fall weather. A favorite time of the year.
Enjoying a peaceful quiet day today.

I love getting up every morning (well not too early!) looking out the window and seeing what Mother Nature has in store for me--always a surprise!!

what beauty which lies 'pon the ground. 'xperiencin' similar here though the poplars gave way some time 'go. leaves ripped whilst still green courtesy'f high winds. the bradford pear 'twas more stubborn 'n 'tis been a delight to the senses.

The falling leaves remind me of the beautiful song of Nat King Cole, "Autumn Leaves".
