Dinner and a Movie

I made my very special frittata for dinner tonight. It was way too filling, but quite delicious if I have to say so myself. Hubby and I are going to finish watching a Netflix movie of 10 episodes tonight. It is called Spinning Off and about figure skating and depression. Johnny Weir has a bit part, but he does do his own skating unlike the others. He was a two time Olympic medal winner. It’s a good movie, but not the greatest. Some day you may see our Ice Princess in a movie and/or the Olympics.

I'll have to give that a try one day it sounds delicious. I hope she'll make the olympics if that's what she wants to do, it's a lot of hard work which I'm sure she already knows.

The frittata are so easy to make. I add lots or veggies and cheese. Yes, she knows. Right now, she's shooting for nationals in several years.
