Why does he keep doing it?

Trump has tweeted "I won the election!" several times now. Um he didn't. He lost. Big time. The Electoral College votes were something like 306-232 which ironically is exactly how he beat Hillary Clinton 4 years ago.
Why does he keep tweeting that though? Is he in denial? Does he think his supporters are THAT stupid that they will believe him? I mean this wasn't a neck and neck race. I just don't get it.

There is a widely held belief that the lawyers and bankers will be down on him like a ton of bricks once he leaves office. That would certainly be a good motive for staying in the White House for as long as possible.
Trump simply has to be the most self-centred President in the history of the US. Everything relates to his own requirements, as has been apparent for a very long time. He is convinced that everybody loves him and cannot conceive how he could lose an election unless something dodgy was going on.

He supposedly admitted he lost on Saturday or Sunday, but his enablers are insisting to him he won. It is sad and sick.

His brain is burnt out, from too much 'self love.'
