This morning I had an amazing fish meal for breakfast and i really did enjoy every bit of it. It was so delicious I just had to share with my mylot friends because it really placed a smile on my face...I usually I eat alot so I had to control my portions this time. I'm trying to allow my fish meal to make me breakfast, lunch and dinner and hopefully I'm not as hungry tomorrow. If it doesn't work out ...I'll have to do bigger meals. Do you like FISH? Do you like my meal? What did you have for Breakfast?

Yes I like when the fish is fried and not in the curry form as here in India we also make fish curry

Breakfast was long ago. I had rice, omelette, spicy anchovies and okra tempura. I brought the same ones for lunch at work.
