improve sleep patterns

since this pandemic my sleeping time has gone awry, I can't carry out my usual activities, are there any suggestions how I can improve my sleep pattern?

I stick to a schedule and go to bed at the same time every night. I hope that could help you.

@rxrunaa Make your own sleeping schedule and stick to it. Once you are used to it, it becomes a habit.

create a routine and stick to it. u may need and alarm clock at first but your body will eventually adjust to your routine.

Maybe you can try exercising during the day and that way you will get tired and night and fall asleep early
