Going To Get Back To Working Out

At least I am going to try. Not sure how many times a week, but I plan to go work out after I get this posted. I am not going to be back on my low carb eating plan yet...but I thought I should at least be working out. Maybe that'll help my blood sugars some, and help me from gaining too much extra weight. We'll see. Do you think that's a good idea? Do you workout?

Nah. But I also live a very active lifestyle. We are always going and doing. Plus with dogs and kids I'm always moving.

@MommyOfEli2013 I'm always lifting wood, kids, four wheelers, dogs, tools, paint, all kinds of stuff. And I never sit down. Usually from the time I get up till I go to bed unless I'm eating/in the truck or doing something that requires sitting down, I am moving.

Well, I guess that counts then....never thought about those that live those kind of lifestyles.

@MommyOfEli2013 I'm so used to it, that it gives me energy throughout the day - except for that long hike yesterday. I try to give my body a rest one day a week. It will be easier this winter.

I never work out, staying with it is hard for me. After a week or two, I just stop.

@MommyOfEli2013 I'm too thin, because of Celiac Disease. Walking is good for me, working out isn't wise.

@kobesbuddy I am not really sure what to say. Sadly, I am too fat....so working out isn't easy.

@MommyOfEli2013 I think working out helps a lot. I exercise myself 3 times a day and after my 2nd meal I work out online and am glad I do it. It feels good to do it.

It's definitely better than not doing anything at all to try to lose

Well if I was doing the low carb I wouldn't necessarily have to work out. I follow someone that lost 150+ pounds and she never worked out.

@Courtlynn Yup, but now she probably will have to start because her weight loss has slowed down a lot.

Working out is always a good idea. I'm sure it will help your blood sugar. Try and get back on track after the holidays!

Think only eating low carb helps it. I will try, but might not be till after Christmas/new years.

If we were more active generally, it might reduce your need for otherwise working out and help w/your sugars. Just an idea.

I think it's an amazing idea. I myself workout as much as I can (cause sadly there are days that I'm a couch-potato). I believe it's not only good for weight lost it's also very good for your health. I really like Pilatis because it's very good for the muscles and the flexibility of the body. I like jogging it really helps me calm down, like even a little run before class or work.
