Hello mylotters how do I handle this behavior of getting upset almost all the time no matter with who or where. I always find myself getting upset even on minor issues with friends, families or even strangers. I tried to control and overcome it but always failed. Could there be any problem with me? How do I handle this? Or How do you handle your anger whenever you are trying to get upset or when you are upset.? Help me out guys

if you are upset, maybe you can separate yourself first from the one triggering your behavior. Deep breath. And maybe you can think of those people who you are dealing with. If they will do the same to you, what will you feel. If others behavior will be the same as your behavior when you are upset, is it okay with you?

@Ciskoba patience is about trials. It's not one trial and you success, but try over and over again.

if to hold back my anger, I usually count silently from 1-30 to calm it down, and that has proven to work for me, and sometimes I also choose to pause for a moment to calm my emotions
