I think I lost my parcel

Or doesn't arrived yet. But it's marked as send on the site. I can't contact the courier as it's night and they're already close. I have to wait for tomorrow. It's only items that cost less than RM10. But I still don't like it if it's lost. Plus why mark it as send when it's not. This is wrong on so many level in my book. This is the first time this happen since I use this courier service.

What is the ETA? I have a similar concern. Been waiting for orders I placed online. One says, it was already handed to the delivery company.

I can't remember but I already extend the guarantee. There's certain period where money will be released to the seller after delivery were made. Even if I don't approve the transaction, if it pass the period, then there's nothing I can do.

I won't bear a loss if I fail a complaint first. But yes, I hope it doesn't come to that. I'll see what I have to do tomorrow.
