Hello people, hope you all are fine there. I'm fine too. Some situations in life force us to do something we don't want to do. For me right now the job sounds painful not only because of late paid salary but also for the behaviour of some office stuff. I never interfere to other’s work but some stuffs feel themselves like they pay me for job and they are the boss. Even bosses pay respect but these people try to be the boss when they work less. Some people in this earth talk more and work less and I met them at my office. So I've decide to quit the job next month, if I left the job the company will keep my salary as the donation given by me lol. Now the pandemic season make me helpless that I'm doing this job or else I could try for another job. I know we should not take decisions when we are angry.
It was a terrifically busy day and now I'm on bed to sleep. Good night all, suggest me the right path.
Stay blessed and thanks for reading.

I understand feeling the need to quit, but as you said the pandemic has changed things. You should stay on with your current job until you can find a new position. I wish you the best of luck.
I stayed with a job I hated for six and a half years until I had enough.

@SHOHANA Oh no, I no longer work at that place. I did work there for 6.5 years but I finally quit several years ago.

It reminds me of the times when I was deciding to quit my job. It always took me quite some time to finally quit as I didn't want to simply make the decision when I was emotional, but every time I believed it was actually for the better and I actually should have made up my mind earlier, so I struggled less.
I was told this: If you are not happy with your current situation, there are three ways you can do: change it, accept it, or leave it. I always went for the first two options before the third, but I also wouldn't want to drag myself to work every morning, hence if there was no way I could change the situation or make myself feel happy at work, then I would choose to leave.
Hope you'll find your way out very soon.

Please stay until you found something else. I know it is hard. I've been in similar situation where most of the coleagues put their tasks for me to do and when I finally get it enough I've quit. Have an option to go to another company (same position) but then pandemic start and I'm out of job for 7 months since. Doing something aside and try to freelance online. It is harder then before, believe me.

Co workers can be hard to deal with. Sometimes they are the worst part of a job. I think you should try if possible to have something else lined up before you quit..my sympathies, and good luck.

Self respect and Self esteem is Important. Making his employee feel like slavery shows the the worst quality of a leader.
But again I would chose to keep them aside depending upon the situation. I honestly don't know how much stable are you financially so I won't comment on it. But surely one's way of looking at things changes over the situation they are in,
Don't take any decision in rush, have a word with your family and see what they can tell you about your situation
Take care!
