Yesterday marked the one year anniversary since the first COVID case was identified. Do you believe this experience has taught us anything? If so, what?

It taught us how to order groceries, drinks, and take out for delivery. It taught us how to keep busy inside. It taught us that Trump has no clue what he is doing.

it definitely curved my spending habits. i was pregnant and my spouse was a coach for various schools in jamaica, we had not much saved up and he is out of a job. We were very much unprepared. How we are surviving still, IDK... Covid is probably here to teach what real discipline is. And it also taught us to be prepared for the unseen. We will never be unprepared again.

Same here! That is definitely one big lesson I learned, as well.

I have learned that coronavirus is very dangerous. I think it is terrible it has now lasted for one year. I think masks that we have to wear when in public locations are expensive. I bought a mask you can wash. It smelt horrible and I didn't want to wear it. The disposable mask didn't smell at all. I think the travel trade has been badly affected by the coronavirus.

Can you believe this? Crazy. The only good thing that has come out of it - for me - is I got a part time job (I am training for, haven't really passed training yet), and time to pay off debts I was accumulating from "living too much" (so to speak). But otherwise - it's a horrible thing!

It taught me who my real friends are, helped me figure out who are the toxic people in my life aka my ex and ex best friend. Met new people on the web like insta and so. The lock downs really hurt my bank account cause I can't stop buying clothes, fast food, and makeup hahaah

It doesn't seem to have taught some people how to put others first and to not be greedy. It taught me that I can always find something to do that is a prospective income source. Right now I am earning money by typing away at the computer obviously not enough to live off of but it is adding up.
