Take A Cat And A Dog....

Pamplona, Spain
November 19, 2020 1:34pm CST
Okay so yesterday I went for a long walk through the Park here which is called La Biurdana in San Jorge the suburb. It was a nice coldish afternoon and although I obviously could not take a photo of them but it would have made a lovely photo of a lady. A lady carrying her cat in her zip up jacket. He looked so warm and comfy in there in that jacket of hers. Made me smile. Another thing made me smile too today I saw a little Maltese Terrier with a hand crocheted coat on really lovely too got many colours in it as well. How thoughtful of the owner to make one for him. San Jorge is suburb of Pamplona Navarra Spain.

Precious animals need to be kept warm, cozy, and well cared for, too, just like we humans. I've only been to Barcelona and Madrid and loved what I saw in Spain. Would love to return.

Hope you get to travel right at this moment we are all puzzled as most regions are blocking in and out of their provinces so how do all the others get to go to ski on the slopes. Navarra is leading the lockdown at them moment big time. When things start to calm down I guess they will allow trickles of tourism back again. This is how Spain is at the moment lots of high infection rates hardly a great start for anyone for the New Year. Otherwise on the bright side yes its a beautiful country you just keep your purse safe if you do manage to get here just sayin. Happy Sunyay to you and all good wishes to Orville too.

@lovinangelsinstead21 Unfortunately, due to the virus, which is raging here as well, we aren't traveling anywhere. We aren't returning to Florida either, where my sweet Orville lives, but staying safe in our house up north. Thanks for the heads up about keeping my purse safe. I've had a couple of close calls in Europe. Enjoy your Sunyay, too.

I'm glad you had a lovely walk in the park and saw two animals well-cared for by their owners.

I saw the same woman with another little dog in a small blanket wrapped up in her jacket also. She must really love animals to do that.

Oh it was really lovely to look at on the dog himself. You can tell it was hand made not bought out of a shop. If it had been our dog that was there would be no chance of putting one on him he would have fought you all the way,

@lovinangelsinstead21 Some animals don't like having a coat put on.

@JudyEv I have to say that he did not like them at all or put any kind of thing around his mouth. We had fits of laughing trying to persuade him but no way was he putting that thing on his mouth.

@lovinangelsinstead21 That is good that the cat stayed where it was inside the jacket of its owner and the dogs was dressed warmly. I am happy for those two animals.

It is mostly just have to be careful only when people are around during the day. Thank you we live a a few 100 metres away at least maybe 200 or a bit more. Its a long walk from here and back but well worth it most times.
