Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a good weather today cold and sunny. Weird kind of weather. 
but enough to enjoy walking around later. Yeepee
Today, Is one of my favorite food to cook 
Fried Chicken legs with tomato.
I wanted to fry first the chicken before adding the fried garlic, onion and tomatoes and to have a good taste you can add some green peas and little touch of soy sauce
How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like Chicken legs fried with tomato?

I love "garlic chicken". Is your sauce sweet and sour? I've cook similar recipe but the chicken is dip in batter before frying. The sauce also is a combination of tomato sauce and ketchup. It's sweet and sour so there's a little of vinegar, calamansi juice, oyster sauce, and sugar. Onion slices, red and green pepper, and carrots are also added.

Yes. I love tomatoes You can add some chilli powder to make it spicy if you like it spicy. I don`t eat spicy food. That`s why most of my dishes are not spicy Thank you so much for sharing and dropping by here. See you around in any post. Have a great day and Happy mylotting
