When the sun shines so do I.

It happens every year. I would think I would get used to it. I have felt sluggish and was asking myself why. Then like every year the lightbulb went on in the noggin. Oh, yeah it's been grey, cloudy, cold, and snowing the last few weeks.
I take more vitamins, eat more spicy food. Fight the urge to stay inside all the time. When I have the to money I like to go tanning. I really have to make a conscious effort to stay energized until spring.
Once I get my new routine in order I perk back up. I used to live in Florida and will again someday due to the weather but at the moment I love my husband and stay here. What do you do to stay upbeat during the winter or isn't it a problem for you? Thanks for stopping by.

Thats a good idea. Thank you. Been a while since I watched some classics. My husband loves westerns.

Thank you. I will now that I snapped out of the brain fog that always accompanies the first couple weeks of winter for me.
