Broken Glass in Shipment From WalMart

Have always enjoyed my coffee in the morning. Percolator coffee was used for awhile. I like my coffee piping hot. I actually found an instant coffee that is wonderful. Nescafe dark roast.
Surprised this coffee is instant, as it tastes identical to percolator coffee. I found it online at WalMart. Received an order yesterday.
The coffee comes in glass jars. This shipment had no packing in between the jars. Yep, two jars were broken. What a mess.
Chatted on a Sunday with WalMart. Explained the issue. They immediately refunded my entire order. I had other items as well. I am very satisfied with the customer service.
They are competing with Amazon, so I am sure they are always willing to please the customer. Another satisfied customer here.

They should have been professional in packing it safe and saving the loss. Well thumbs up for their customer service. Now they need to be more professional with packing to compete with others.

I like nescafe instant too but have used the packets in the past.
How many jars made it without breaking?

Glad to hear they so readily offered a refund. That's one area of Walmart, in store, that I find they have always been good at. I have never had a problem getting a refund, even on the occasions when they double charged me. They asked no questions. Just gave me my money back.

Oh my, I would not be happy with that at all. I am glad you got it resolved so easily. I haven't had any problems with walmart orders but then again, I don't order from them too often.

i'm glad they took care 'f such, hon. don't envy ya that mess 'n hope ya were careful not to snag a sliver 'f such. i'm very prone to that sort'a thingy. aint ne'er ordered nothin' from wally-world. 'd plans to 'n then the aunt bought an air fryer from 'em a while back. such'd not work, wally world refused to honor 't, said the 'seller' 'twas responsible. 'fter 8 months battlin' with both, she chucked 't 'nto the dumpster 'n cut her losses.

I have never tried that brand of instant. I keep some instant on had to use in baked goods. I am impressed that they are refunding your entire order.
