My daughter and I reviewed the best Spiderman trilogy essayed by trio team perfect - Toby McGuire, Kirsten Dunst, and James Franco as Peter Parker, Mary Jane Watson, and Harry Osborne respectively. But today I'd like to pan the attention on the tragic ending, where Harry had to shield Peter from a fatal blow. The best of friends had been on and off with their friendship, much like the growing pains everybody else experiences. Yet, at the direst moment, one turns to the friend for help, and the friend comes to give his all, even his life. That is what true love gives - everything, including one's life. Which reminds me of the Gospel today: Luke 21:1-4 1 Looking up, he saw rich people putting their offerings into the treasury; 2 and he noticed a poverty-stricken widow putting in two small coins, 3 and he said, 'I tell you truly, this poor widow has put in more than any of them; 4 for these have all put in money they could spare, but she in her poverty has put in all she had to live on. When we give, we give all.
