Surprise Sighting in the Neighborhood

Took a pleasant drive around the neighborhood earlier. I always keep my phone with me, just in case I need my camera. About one minute from my home, these seven deer were standing and looking at me in the car. They were in a field, close to the car. Had to get some photos. So surprised to see so many at one time. Deer season has started. I hope they can find a safe place to hide. They are so pretty to see in the wild. I wanted to get closer but they were behind an electric fence.

I love deer. That's a beautiful sight. We used to see a lot of deers crossing roads when we used to visit Rocky Mountain. We stayed in Longmont, Colorado for 18 months.

They run around here usually 3 in a cluster sometimes 4.

The sun was in my eyes, so I couldn't get them all but I counted seven. Maybe more in the woods.

These are, there is an electric fence between them and the road. Many are not.
