between being rich and living moderately

I see a lot in life that money can't buy happiness. but happy people need money, is it better to be a rich man who is afraid of losing his money, afraid of having his house robbed, afraid that his wife has an affair with another man, spoiled and extravagant children even for a rich man, will become an easy field for the deceit of the material people. but if we are poor, we will be happy with whatever we have? happy with a simple place to live, enough money and sustenance, a loyal wife, children who are obedient to their parents and have no worries about excessive loss do you prefer to be rich or simple?

All poor people are not happy. Not all people living in a simple life are happy. Happiness is subjective and it's not permanent. You may be happy today but not in the following days.

@youfiq Happiness is not fake for those who know how to find it and appreciate life. That's why it's subjective.

I think like this too, what's the point of walking around wearing clothes like excessive gold accessories, for example, it only adds to the burden when walking just lol

@youfiq In addition, criminals will also target people who carry jewelry. Moreover, we are in a time of difficulty.

I'm sure children are disobedient no matter how rich or poor they are. There are times I would like to be wealthy, but I prefer having what I need.

yes I also think so, if our life is limited and we don't feel any lack, I think we can be called rich from within us

I'd rather be rich than poor for sure I've never been a millionaire but have been so so close to it Through stupidity I now don't have much money and work 7 days a week. If I could go back I would and I'd do things differently. Having enough isn't enough for me...I'd like a little extra

@youfiq So far I do not know how and when I will be happy. As long as things are not good for me I cannot be happy.

I feel that I have been pretty poor compared to now and I feel as though no matter how much money we have we need more.. The more you have the more you need and the more complicated your expenses get but I'm glad that I have lived through being poor because it has given me better values about what I look for in people and family but would rather have enough to cover our basic needs than be struggling to even cover the bills and groceries.

simplicity teaches us a lot about the extraordinary value in life, what is the point of being rich but getting crazy shopping and spending here and there and wasteful as if never ending, this value becomes simple

It's true, money doesn't buy happyness. The only difference between the "rich" and the "simple", is "simple people" often live paycheck to paycheck. They wonder where their next meal will come from. They could have to worry about a husband/wife being loyal or not. Me, I wish I had more money, sure. But, I'm okay.

@youfiq Exactly. Anyone can suffer the same hardships. It's not exclusive to one type over the other.

Somewhere in between. It's good to have some luxuries sometimes. I may not live in a mansion, but I can visit one for the weekends

This condition can also occur, this makes us more appreciative of the life between wealth and simple and feeling sufficient

I'd prefer a simple life. In fact, I'd like to live in the province away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
