Why Are Some Television-'Channels' Louder than Others?

Well, I notice it most when switching between 'Cable' & 'Streaming.' Having it 'up to 30' on Cable is (on my TV) as loud as '50' when I switch it to NETFLIX or Disney+ ... why is that?

When you watch something on Netflix or any streaming service, you're watching something that's pre-recorded. Which is why you have to adjust the volume. Some pre-recordings are recorded louder or softer (depending on who's recording them) and no two t.v.s are the same.

becaue each television channel might have sound proccesing on every channel, so every you switch to stream other you will get occurring like that.
