Metal bed causing leg cramp?

Leg cramp
November 24, 2020 6:25am CST
When I sleep on metal bed (with mattress), I used to get leg and toe cramp, but after changed to wooden bed, oddly the cramp never come again. I'm not sure if it has correlation, however I have ever read about research that if we sleep on the iron bed, it will make us getting cramp. Have you ever heard about it too? If you have a mattress between you and the frame it doesn’t seem it should effect you any what the frame is.

I don't think it's related but who am I to tell. I'm not even professional. But to answer your question, I don't think so. I sleep in a wooden bed. Yet sometimes I do get the cramp.

Yes i think it's just me to interprete something without any prove :-) However I found article stating that wooden bed is better than metal bed as metal bed frame is act like antenna too attract any radiation in bedroom leading to disturbed sleep patterns :-)

I don't think so because I do develop cramps sometimes sleeping on wooden bed. After all we don't sleep on wood or iron there is mattress in between.

Yes maybe it's just because my joint is in better condition now, so I have no leg cramp again :-)
