Made it through another workday and glad this one is over. We had a little snow this morning, but it is all melted and washed away by the rain we are getting right now. It is just warm enough out that it is rain and not snow. They are saying it is going to be a high of 53 F (12 C) on Thursday so that will be kind of nice. I have made up my mind that I am not going to do anything or go anywhere on Thanksgiving. I am just going to stay home and use the extra day off of work to relax and do nothing. Most of the family still has not made plans so I made my own plan to do nothing. Seems the best plan I can make at this time. I wont have to worry about going anywhere and getting home early since I have to work on Friday at my normal 5 am. Hope you all had a good Tuesday.

Sounds like a good plan for Thanksgiving. I have a feeling that's my husband's plan, too. He may, or may not stop over the next couple of days to look for our turkey t.v. dinners or our favorite broccoli chicken and cheese dish. We'll see when he calls.

Yeah, I know some people are not doing anything due to the virus but I just don't feel like dealing with the planning since my family can not plan ahead

@Bensen32 Even before the virus, my husband and I never planned to do anything special. His family is about an hour away, and he doesn't like driving on a full stomach. So, that'd be an expensive overnight adventure. He only gets Thanksgiving day off and likes to work the day before. He usually makes good money that way.

@kaylachan Oh alright, we use to have big family parties but that was a few years ago.

I think that this is a wise decision, you stay home, you rest and you will be a lot better.

@Bensen32 Less than one month to Christmas and I do not feel the holidays at all this year.
