The best thing you can do is invest in a air purifier, it might be pricy at first, but it is an investment on your quality of life. also if you take a little bit of petroleum jelly Vaseline or bees wax balm inside your nostrils. it will stop the dust particles from irritating your nose and cause the sneezing. I did that when i went to a sandy region and it helped alot! hope this helped
