Was Contacted By Customer Support Yesterday where My payment was failed

I hope at least a few remember my post where I discussed about payment failure and for that I waited long to get the refund.
Actually am fine waiting for that many days if I was guided properly and somehow I came to know about their Twitter handle and was able to contact them and got refund and yesterday they contacted me to know if I was satisfied so I thanked them for the help and it'll be nice to get help from them in the future if need arises.
Do apps or website support contact you frequently to know about your experience? Do you like to frankly share your views with them?

@Butterfingers we appreciate them because working in support is not easy. They can guide and try to help us, but the decision is not on their hands.

I can understand how you wanted to stay in good graces with them just in case you would need their help in the future. No, I have not had anyone contact me to find out if I was satisfied with anything.
