im craving for spaghetti in a long time, and i have seen a lot of people making their spaghetti with a different sauce. usually we make it with bolognese sauce which is an italian sauce, now they make it with an indonesia sauce. it is chicken rica-rica sauce.
Rica-rica (or sometimes it is called rica) is a type of spicy Southeast Asian spice found in Manado cuisine in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Rica-rica uses a lot of chopped or mashed red and green chilies, bird's eye chilies, shallots, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt and sugar. The pounded seasoning is cooked in coconut oil and mixed with lime leaves, lemongrass and lime juice.
can you imagine eating spaghetti with this sauce?

It sound really spicy. I tasted a few authentic Indonesian cuisine before. They're made by my Indonesian friend who claim they're as authentic as they can get, so I considered them authentic enough. I find Indonesian level of spiciness is way too high.
I might try a few bite of this spaghetti. Not sure how I'll feel afterwards. I'll probably cry

@sophie09 Yes it is hard. I usually drink some cola if I eat spicy food by accident
