Have you seen a horse like this?

I’ve met quite a lot of horses in my life, and they come in various degrees of hairiness. Of course they have manes and tails, and often hair around their hooves too (known as ‘feathers’).
But I have never seen one quite like this one - the only one I have ever seen with a moustache!
I confess that I am not a fan of moustaches on horses any more than I am on humans lol.
Have you seen any other mammal with a moustache?

mr. domino, a paint i'd many years 'go, used to sport one durin' the winter months. folks used to gawk 'n snap pics, tellin' me they'd the 'right' to do so.

@Fleura i didn't 'ppreciate 'em takin' pics, thought such 'twas most rude. they'd not e'en ask, jest whip out their phones fer such wizardry. he 'twas a beautiful soul. more handsome to me with that mustache.

@crazyhorseladycx No, that does seem rude and presumptious. You could have taken out yours and photographed them taking the photos - see how they liked that!

@Fleura I made a mistake. It's New Forest ponies. I have a book called "New Forest Ponies" by Valerie Russell. Mine was published in 1976 and she mentions moustaches on ponies in that. She says, in areas where there were high concentrations of gorse, the ponies all showed signs of moustaches. No gorse - no moustache.

Although a walrus doesn't have a moustache and humans have named a facial hair style after the walrus mustache. And I do believe that horse is sporting one
