Strava - Vuori ACTV Club Challenge

I am excited to kick off another workout week with one of the challenges being Vuori ACTV Club Challenge which requires a streak of 4 workouts per week for two weeks. Each workout must be at least 20 minutes which is very doable with my run and bike rides because typically it's how long they last. This challenge pushes me more to visit the gym for four days straight, but the workout I have no problem with completing once I get there. There are just certain barriers that get in the way in my life that will be there to cause me to make choices. It is what makes challenges like these fun.

i struggle with challenges i like setting goals but sometimes the challenge makes me nervous.

I am always nervous on the last day completing it. Just finished a New York Road Runners challenge, and I had so many mental barriers. My stomach ached, it was cold outside, and I kept looking at the distance because I thought my GPS would lose signal.

@thlg2jr i usually have watch and phone so i don't worry about the GPS failing.

I don't gym but I like to walk and run and do push-ups
