I am an old soul. Many of my friends and family come to me for advice, Love, spirituality, lifestyle YOU NAME IT. But as I like to say, " a couch never plays." this means that i dont take my oown advice and most of the time I ignore my own problems. I guess it much easier right?

You mean 'a COACH never plays,' right? Right. In my situation, I 'never had to get into "the rat-race,"' so I feel like I can tell what's wrong with it. But if I don't imagine 'being IN that situation,' I can forget the reasons why it's "what is RIGHT about it and why they HAVE to stay in the rat-race."

I am constantly telling myself I need an early night. But you can be sure that each day I say I will do it, I end up being later than ever!

It can be easy to give someone advice on something but much harder to apply that same advice to your own life.
