First time again after a long time...

I have long been using the pillow-recliner because I have difficulty breathing at night due to pulmonary congestion which is a manifestation of the heart ailment I have.
Even though I have no more edema, I cannot trust myself in to sleeping without the pillow and just use 3 pillows... until last night.
Last night, I propped myself up on bed with the violet pillow under my head and back. After saying my prayers, I played mahjong until I slept.
I woke up at 2:30am and found out I was still wearing my specs and surprisingly, I was flat on bed. The pillow was pushed sidewards my bed. I was able to sleep without difficulty breathing. I tested myself again. Flat on bed... no, no orthopnea. Gleefully, I used my 3 pillows and again slept until 5am.
First time again after a long time, I can sleep soundly without worries and anxieties that I might feel "strangled or choked due to reduced oxygen entering my lungs"--- this was what I often felt since the time I stopped mylotting, to the point that I had to sleep on a chair.
I hope this improvement will reduce my son's and my sister's worries on me.

That's a good sign.
My husband uses cPAP machine while sleeping since last two years. He suffered disturbed sleep due to his sleep apnea.
