I am Fond of Stir Fry

Are you? I think I eat stir fry meal once a week. I have eaten it for dinner with boiled Jasmine rice. Our dinner was a chicken meat filet stir fry with veggies. There´s not a day that I don´t eat veggies. Mostly veggie salad but this time, in my stir fry food. I have bought soybeans yesterday in the Asian supermarket and so I added them to my stir fry. Tomorrow early morning, I go with my friends G and J to the designer outlet in Ochtrup. It is almost an hour's drive from here. My friends pick me up an hour before the mall opens. We will do a lot of Christmas shopping for our loved ones. I hope we can find some good sales there. I have to go to bed early today as I usually do. Any plans for Christmas shopping? Of course, we will wear our masks and do social distancing. Thanks for reading. Have a nice Thursday.

I do love a good stir fry and eat it often. Probably not often enough though, actually. I might do one about once a month or so. As for Christmas shopping, I dread it.

I am using an electric wok and it is good to make it. You can use a frying pan, too and sometimes I do that and it is always fine. Thank you @Fleura

I only have one gift to get which is a gift card; so I won't really be doing any Christmas shopping again this year. I hope you find a lot of good bargains. I love stir fry; but it takes a lot of prep time.
