Fitness and cats

Cats always appear to be flexible and to stretch beautifully. Their muscles ripple. My cats do not want me to get fit, though.
I have been laying a blanket down to do physical therapy on in the floor. I drape it over a chair when I am not using it in the floor.
Mickey has stolen it. He turns and curls and wraps himself in the edge of it. If I move it I kind of disrupt his perpetual cat nap.
No problem. I have another sheet that will work fine in the floor.
Just as soon as I spread it out to lay on, Tinker was in the middle of it. So I moved to the side to do my stretches.
As soon as my legs were crossed over, and up in the air, Tinker was under them. He kept trying to be cozy while I tried to work out.
That was last night. This morning, they have both finally gone outside. I must go get some stretches done quickly.
I think they believe they are offering me a "fitness protection program".

I bet, if you made a video of that, it would be a hit on You Tube.

Someone else would have to video while I flail around in the floor.

I can just imagine that. What a funny mental image. I have seen articles about "doga" yoga with dogs.
