If you've ever been frustrated with food preparation or just wondered if there was an easier way to do it there is. I came across some unique and fun ways to enjoy my food and eliminate some of the hassles involved when making some of my favorite meals.
EGG SLICER FOR FRUITS AND VEGGIES
Need to slice up multiple food items for a party or group. Using an egg slicer to chop up mushrooms, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, olives, kiwi, mozzarella, papaya, and of course boiled eggs works in a pinch. A way to add that special touch without all the extra knife work. You can even use it to dice up butter pats for cooking.
ICE CREAM STORAGE
If you like your ice cream a little softer than a rock try this little tip. Use a plastic storage zipper bag instead of your original ice cream container to store it in the freezer. Your ice cream will be easier to scoop out and you won't have to throw out those bent spoons.
FRESH COOKIES
If your cookies lose their crunchy texture after a week in the tin add a slice of bread to the container. The bread will make your cookies moist and chewy like they were when you baked them. It also works on brown sugar too!
Now those are some neat food preparations! What do you think?
A "hack" refers to any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method, that increases productivity and efficiency in all walks of life according to Wikipedia.

@dgobucks226 It works well. I often make the ice cream at home, as I do not add garbage, it gets pretty hard in the freezer.

I found the egg slicer worked great on all those softer foods when I bought it. My onion dicer works well on several foods too, not only onions.
A good one for the ice cream.
I knew that about bread and cookies. I've tried it. It works great.

I think the egg slicer tip is a good one. I may invest in one just for that.

I have definitely bent a lot of spoons so I'm definitely going to transfer some ice cream to see if it works! Thanks for the heads up!

Have not tried the egg slicer one but it seems like a terrific idea. Being able to slice things uniformly without a knife is a great tip! And no worries about cutting off your finger (just kidding)
