"Catholic Mass" ... and Why AT&T U-Verse Can't Tell More About it (on the Viewer's Menu)

I watched a "Catholic Mass" today on a local TV station (it's currently an outlet of The CW).
The 'Catholic Mass' is "a paid advertisement that does not necessarily reflect the views of this television-station." So naturally the channel doesn't have any information on the church-service except 'the name ("Catholic Mass") under which the customers paid for the airtime.'
A little searching reminds/informs me that the Catholic Mass is performed by 'Heart of the Nation' (I overheard them asking for donations before-&-after the service), a group that--I find out when I look up the service--nationally broadcasts the weekly Mass of St. Francis de Sales Seminary in Milwaukee, WI.
Although their site says they're broadcasting for people who can't/don't physically go to Mass, they firmly state that 'Catholics HAVE to go to Mass, because TV or online Mass does not include receiving the Eucharist.'
But the broadcast--as the people physically at the Mass take Communion--displays "The Act of Spiritual Communion" on the screen ... assuring watchers that we're still 'taking the sacrament in memory of Him' even if we aren't "there."
Amen. Peace be with you (and with your spirit). In Jesus' Name. Amen. https://www.heartofthenation.org/online-mass/sunday-mass

I have always found Catholicism hard to understand or accept. When I had Christian belief I migrated from Methodism to the Quakers, because I thought the former had too many formalities, such as sacraments, which the Quakers have found to be completely unnecessary.

I suppose it stems from 'serving an authority you hold to be above-&-beyond any human understanding'; since supernatural authorities take care of all the problems that you cannot understand, you can't expect to understand the problems that you DO take care-of ... or something
