How clean do you think you keep your house?

I'm constantly doubting how clean my house is I feel if I let others see they would be judging and find it messy but also feel like I'm doing best I can with work and kids and homeschooling.. I am the type of person that will leave a sink full of dishes for a day or two and not fold my laundry ever... there's toys in the corner and under tables because I have two young kids...We have cats and multiple litter boxes and there is often just lots of clutter on surfaces....At the same time though I feel that others probably have messier houses even if some have much cleaner houses I am probably closer to the messy side than average but not like what you see on hoarders... How do you feel about your house and how clean you keep it?
