Yesterday I slept and woke up in morning.i wanted to turn my neck left hand side and I noticed my neck can't turn.i tried many times but no way.my neck was seriously in pains.
I walked down stairs and entered into the street but my neck can't even turn to see the vehicle coming from my back.so I quickly stopped walking and returned back home
Since then I have been lying down and siting down one place
Don't really know what happened to me, maybe I broke my neck while sleeping
I just hope to get better by tomorrow so that I can move out .

I doubt your neck is broken. You wouldn't be having this discussion if your central nervous system was that impared. It's probably a kink or stiff muscle. You can try using heat on the pained area, or ice. You can also try some over-the-counter pain relief to reduce inflammation in the affected area.

Cold air while you were sleeping, could have done this. Or sleeping in an odd position for too long. Try getting in the tub or shower, with very warm water on your neck and rub that area with your fingers. This will loosen up those tight muscles.

@MALUSE A stiff neck is very painful, as you've probably experienced at one time, also.

@MALUSE I woke up with a stiff neck and it was a week, before I could turn my head freely.

Oh honey you don't break your next. It's stiff muscle. Pain relief gel or something warm might help.
