what are your thoughts and/or advice on using a blackberry phone??

I just got a blackberry 7105t today from T-Mobile. I've just started setting it up, but have yet to really sit down and play with it. Any thoughts about this phone? Any advice/tips on how to use? What do you love/hate about these phones?
