Came across an article of the wonderful benefits of Bay Leaves.. They seem to cure most health problems.. Like many great herbs that our Creator has made, we should learn about what we can find in the nature.. How do you use them, and how much is safe to use?
Came across this and figured I would share. These are called "Bay leaves" Many people add bay leaves to foods especially jollof rice(Nigerian), red meat and poultry but do you know why bay leaves...

@buenavida Most herbs must be consumed with moderation, also parsley is poisonous in very large quantities.

I usually add dried bay leaves whenever I cook fish or chicken and pork recipes. But recently I came across videos in you tube about using dried bay leaves as good luck charms. I tried burning some leaves in the kitchen out of curiosity. I followed to the letter what was shown in the video. The aroma of burnt dry bay leaves is very refreshing and it is supposed to drive away insects from our home and also eliminate negative energies lurking around.

There seem to be many opinions - but I will do more research how much they are safe for us to use.. some say too much is harmful for our health.. Anyway I will use them only for food to enhance a better taste and maybe health
