The Sex isn't Good !!

i'm in total shock because i overheard my sister boyfriend telling another woman that the sex with my sister isn't good, is that even respectful at all.
should i tell my sister about this conversation or should i pretend i never heard it?
you might be wondering how i overheard the conversation so let me tell you.
My sister boyfriend went outside and told my sister he was only going out for a smoke, being the talkative person that i am i followed to tell him how smoking isn't good but instead i saw him talking to this red head " the sex isn't good with jess"
just to make the situation worse they were flirting and i believe she's my sisters friend who just happen to stop by as soon as her boyfriend goes out for a fake smoke.
He wasn't even smoking and no sign of a cigar close by to make it worse.
what should i do?
what would you do if you were in my shoes?

That is a shame to say to anyone, even if it is true. First you have to talk about it with the other person. But anyway, you don´t say it to someone else.

@Merliva The BF is not worth a cent. I´d tell my sister in a soft way.
