Feeling refreshed after an evening walk.

I was feeling a bit dull today that's why was not here so much although cleared some notifications but did not have any discussion for the whole day today. Just completed my evening walk and feeling refreshed now. I walked 3.3 kms. in 39.34 minutes burning about 274 kcal. Did not walk much today.
The photo shows my new walking route along the service road of National Highway which was under construction but has been commissioned now. The service road is therefore free to walk. Hope you had your workout today.

I have started my morning walk routine after a long gap of months. But since it was drizzling in last two weeks I didn't do it. Today was sunny morning and I went for an hour walk.

@msdivkar I follow yoga from Patanjali since beginning. That's what I learnt at the free yoga classes that we had in our complex called sahaj yoga. It has helped me a lot to control my health conditions. Helps me stay calm

Going outside for a walk gives you a chance to breathe in fresh air and walking helps circulate your blood It also gives your eyes some rest by looking at green leaves.
My work out is my gardening which I start at around 6 in the morning.
