Digital detox

I think now the way everything is happening mentally ... Digital detox is important . its like slowing down a bit . Away from social media , online portals , online binge watching platforms and indulge into more things which are away from trolls , anxiety , competition like spending time with family , reading books , yoga , cooking something on your own ..... The thing is Digital detox is important but is it possible... everything is digital nowadays but how can you stay away from it . isn't ? Its became our daily life now . have you ever tried being "digital detox" ? is it possible ... or is my discussion is very lame ? lol

Well, I started by permanently closing my Instagram account a few days ago. On Instagram, many people share their happiness. I am also happy for them, but on the other hand I am also a little jealous of their happiness. Besides, I think I spent too much time there. So it's better if I close it permanently because it doesn't really do me any good.

that's a good call ... but for business purpose i need my instagram . so i can't quit it either have thought about so many time but digital marketing is growing so rapidly so i can't say bye to insta still try it for a week at least let see..:_)
