Secret Santa gift for someone you don't know much about..

I have to buy a secret Santa gift for a guy at work that I do not have very much in common...
I'm not sure at all what to get him I know he has his ears gauged and has tattoos and purple hair and is into alternative type music..
I don't really know much else besides that and we are supposed to have a $20 limit can you give me any suggestions or where to shop for him?

That would be a tough question since you don't know him much. Maybe head phones or ear phones?

In those cases, I always get a notebook to keep appointments. If he lokes tatoos, maybe thenotebook theme can be about them.

When not sure, I prefer to give a gift card of the amount. The person can buy something of their choice.
