Well today is the 15th so it makes sense that we are being paid by myLot today. I earned $18.74. Not great but almost worth a tank's worth of gas for my car. I miss the old days of Epinions. I used to earn over $200 a month writing reviews of products that I'd bought and used. myLot isn't quite the same but it still is fun.

I think i tried E-pinions towards the tail end of it.

$200 plus a month- wow that means Epinions was a great site. Yet that high amount could have been unsustainable for them?
I have a day job plus personal factors so for me even a target of $6 in 3 months is the norm.
Yet I need not despair as Mylot income is something I cherish but cannot have it as my main income source.

I don't earn as much now that I'm not posting something every day. That's OK. I used to write for Epinions for free. I spent a couple of years there.

Gosh, what I miss are the days of WebAnswers and Bubblews. It was thousands of dollars per year for doing practically nothing. Of course, Bubblews in particular was a sham from the word go. But for a while they paid and paid pretty well.
That said, I like MyLot just the way it is. I think they have something at least sustainable here and so long as that remains, we can at least make SOMETHING. I hope to see this site around for a long time to come.
