TODAY

TODAY was a bad day ... so vent out was necessary ... Well , it says everyday is a new day. It says we should live as if today is the last day of your life. But you know what …. Saying this is freaking easy but in reality it does not exist. Nobody can live today without thinking about tomorrow. Its like ordering something in the restaurant without even knowing the price . But saying that …… “Today should be the day you can learn something” now by following that philosophy maybe living will be a bit easier. Maybe at night while going to sleep those thoughts which haunts you and make you believe that you cant do anything in life will give a little hope by following that philosophy …… You know writing on a laptop , sitting under the fan maybe its very easy to say such thing . learn something new, follow philosophy and blah blah …. But to be very honest , everybody has their life with their own kind of struggle . So you or me we cant suggest anybody how to live “TODAY” Well i have a bit anxiety issues and depressions . we all have those things (its kind of trending in this generation). So my todays are bit tough . Every “Today” waking up has in itself became a struggle for me . Coping up with those negative thoughts and every those sudden mental breakdowns Uggh ….. I hate myself for those moments . But saying that “TODAY” is the only thing we have isnt it ? Yesterday i was a disappointment , Maybe tomorrow i will be a disappointment again . So all i have is “TODAY” to make myself proud a bit , to learn something new maybe or try something new . Hence lets give it a shot “TODAY”. Lets live Today. Lets pretend to be happy “TODAY"

Sorry you are feeling like this but I think you're wrong when you say we all have anxiety issues and depressions. I certainly don't.

@jaboUK no issue ... its not you ...after reading the discussion again i felt that "everybody " is not the right word to use . So that's why i replied that way ... anyways never mind lets just cut it ... . HOW WAS YOUR DAY ?

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time. As for anxiety and depression, no I don't have it. When you're the first daughter of an Asian family, there's so much on your shoulder since young. I learn to deal with things one at a time. Less likely I'll be stress when I can't handle it. If it's got too much, I'll ask for help.

I am so sorry for this. I know how it is to struggle with anxiety. I hated it. It haunted me for years, but luckily, it passed with lots of effort from myself and others (mostly of myself). Anyway, coming back to you. I just want you to know that you're not alone. You have me, us. We are here for you anytime. You don't have to struggle alone. Nobody knows the future for sure, but you can change it. I really believe that if you go to sleep sad, angry, worried, the next day can be worse than the one before. It requires a lot of practice to be able to manage your emotions and thoughts, but it's not impossible. Take your time. Don't push yourself. Remember: you are not alone :) Lots of hugs!
