Three Sisters

The eldest sister sweet and kind a nicer child you would not find she was so clever, studied books, but middle one had all the looks. This middle child brought many smiles she had such charm and could beguile. The youngest one was wild and free and often naughty - that was me. But I could ride and putt the shot and these were things that they could not, so there we were, we sisters three each to her own quite happily. Though sometimes when we played our games we yelled and called each other names, things might turn nasty and we'd fight we'd push and shove and scratch and bite. But now we're old we're all great friends there for each other till life ends, if there are times when things are tough we rally round with help and love. Photo of us all with our parents. (I'm the one in the middle). We're all in our 80s now.

What a lovely picture and sentiment. In our family there were three Two little brothers and me We have older siblings not so close Our father's children he did boast I loved them well those other three They are gone so sad to see The last three are still very close On phone and text we each do roast with memories, the best is yet to be

@jaboUK Ok, I put something together. It's not the greatest but it tells our story a little bit I am the oldest of six We're all are quite a mix Three girls, two boys then another girl We played a lot jumping rope with a twirl Made forts, climbed trees, collected bugs and such Until finally my mother thought it became too much The boys mowed the lawn we cleaned many dishes We planned out houses using catalogues making our wishes My dad was self employed some thought us poor They tithed and saved money there was always more We stayed close through our lives even though some moved away We know that even with covid well be together again one day
