I bought something that is not so common to cook: squash flower. Do you like it?
I usually sautee it with canned tuna and it tastes good. Squash flower is very nutritious and my mom loves it but it is rarely seen in the market.
Have you tried it? What is your recipe for it?

We use squash and pumpkin flowers. One way is to add them and saute with few sweet tasting veggies like carrots and pumpkin. We also make fried fritters with them. They are not so common.
