Wonderful Ending

Robert was gone all day so that gave me all day to clean this house. I did a deep cleaning in the living room and dining room and one bathroom.
I cooked dinner, fried chicken, homemade Mac and cheese, pepper Jack style with a side salad.
The wonderful Ending was the cake Robert baked for me. Pineapple pound cake with homemade cream cheese icing.

It sounds like you had a very busy day cleaning and that was so nice of him to bake you a cake. My Saturday was fine and now it is over and it is Sunday morning here in Israel.

Now I'm totally green with envy. I've had a good Saturday. We went to town, the temps were above normal, I got in my last bit of town sparkle before the holidays hit. Funny how buying groceries has gotten to be a hoot and something to look forward to.
